Developing your future campus

Managing the delivery of sustainable assets

The UPP model creates partnerships that last for decades, so we understand the importance of developing and delivering residential and academic accommodation to the highest standards of sustainability.

Our Construction and Capital Programmes team have decades of experience in delivering campus infrastructure on time and to budget, removing the inherent risks involved in construction.

Sustainability is at the heart of our approach, implementing long-term asset management plans that maximise the lifespan of each building to ensure your estate retains its value, and always offers a great ‘first home’ experience to your students.

Why UPP?

We bring expertise across the breadth of asset management, working in close partnership with you, and able to support strategically and practically in the management of your assets.

Meeting your future aspirations

Our Portfolio Strategy team work to leverage data and insight from across the sector to develop optimal campus proposals that will meet the future needs of your students – as well as your own strategic goals and aspirations.

On-going investment to support longevity

Ensuring the longest possible lifespan of your assets is our priority. We incorporate a fully funded lifecycle provision, for the term of each concession, into our investment model in order to maintain the quality of accommodation.

Mindful of your priorities

Our long-term experience supporting universities gives us a detailed understanding of the challenges our partners face. That’s why we ensure all works are scheduled in order to minimise disruption – especially during exam times, intake and outtake and summer lettings.
