Self-catered accommodation built and developed to suit all budgets
UPP’s partnership with the University of York has included the development of high specification ensuite flats and studios to meet the demands of both current and prospective students. Affordable shared residences transferred from the University are also a part of the portfolio, ensuring a wide range of accommodation is available for students.
Resident wellbeing is of paramount importance and outdoor seating areas, landscaped open spaces are in place to encourage residents to spend time outside as well as in their accommodation.
The partnership includes three colleges: Wentworth, Alcuin and Halifax.

Accommodation offering
Standard Rooms
The rooms are arranged into flats of students who then share an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Each bedroom is equipped with fitted furniture; a wardrobe, shelving, desk, pedestal, chair, noticeboards..
Ensuite Rooms
The ensuite rooms are arranged into flats of up to 16 and share an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Each bedroom is equipped fitted furniture; a wardrobe, shelving, desk, pedestal, chair, noticeboards and an ensuite bathroom.
Studios
Each studio offers open plan living including a double bed, workstation, ensuite and kitchen dining area.
