Our partnership at the University of Plymouth has supported the university’s rapid growth, and incorporates six different halls of residence, a combination of new build, asset transfer and redeveloped residence.
Within these halls we offer a flexible range of affordable accommodation where social spaces are prioritised to support wellbeing.
All our halls are located on campus or within the nearby student village, only a few minutes’ walk from the University’s lecture theatres, the library, leisure facilities and the students’ union.

Accommodation offering
Standard rooms
Offering a single bed with shared bathroom and two shower rooms in a flat of eight people.
Each bedroom is equipped fitted furniture; a wardrobe, shelving, desk, pedestal, chair and noticeboards.
Ensuite rooms
The ensuite rooms are arranged into flats and share an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Each bedroom is equipped fitted furniture; a wardrobe, shelving, desk, pedestal, chair, noticeboards and a bathroom with shower. Single and double rooms are available.
Studios
Each studio offers open plan living including a double bed, workstation, ensuite and kitchen dining area with oven and hob, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Loft rooms
Offering a room enjoying skylights, a single bed and shared bathroom and shower room facilities, as well as separate social areas.
