UPP’s partnership with the University of Kent has focused on the development of high quality new build residences situated at the heart of its Canterbury Campus.
Each residence offers a choice of ensuite accommodation, standard rooms and self contained studio flats, with accessible rooms also available. Common rooms, study spaces and other social areas are also incorporate to support both study and wellbeing.
The partnership includes three sites: Woolf College, Keynes and Turing.
A wide variety of accommodation across all three residences is enhanced with study spaces as well as socialising and wellbeing areas.
The rooms are arranged into flats of up to 10 students who then share an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
Each bedroom is equipped with fitted furniture; a wardrobe, shelving, desk, pedestal, chair and noticeboards.

Bathrooms are shared between two people.
