Estate transfers and new builds supporting growth at NTU
Nottingham Trent University is renowned for its focus on wellbeing and inclusion. It attracts a wider range of students needing flexible, affordable accommodation.
Through our partnership which began with an estate transfer in 2002, UPP has built and now operates over 4,400 rooms. UPP have also supported other initiatives such as sports halls and entertainment venues – including the Student Union building.
Rooms are located across Nottingham, within easy access of all NTU campuses and the City Centre.

Accommodation offering
Standard rooms
Standard rooms have a single bed and share a bathroom and kitchen-diner facilities with up to 9 other residents.
Each bedroom is equipped with fitted furniture; a wardrobe, shelving, desk, pedestal, chair, noticeboards as well as a wash basin.
Ensuite rooms
The ensuite rooms are arranged into flats of up to 11 students sharing a kitchen, living and dining area.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 4ft double bed, fitted furniture; double wardrobe, shelving, desk, pedestal, chair, noticeboards and an ensuite bathroom.
Studios
Each studio has its own private kitchenette and ensuite. Studios have ample storage space and are fully fitted with a double bed, workstation with desk chair, breakfast bar and stools, wardrobe, vanity unit and seating area.
Studios are available as both single and twin.
