The partnership with Leeds Beckett University since 2009 has been one that’s focused on innovation and breaking the mould when it comes to residential accommodation.
Carnegie Village is on Headingley campus, making it the top location for students who want to walk to the University without the fuss of transport.
Its infrastructure was ground-breaking for the sector; the building achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating in 2010 due to its design focus on reducing carbon footprint and was the UK’s first student accommodation to be Passivhaus accredited.
