Thanks to its partnership with UPP, the University of Nottingham’s Broadgate Park campus now boasts a range of room types including en suite studio accommodation, bringing the total number of student rooms to more than 2,200.
UPP has been working with the University of Nottingham since 2003 and operates an accommodation estate consisting of new build and estate transfer rooms.
In the first phase of the scheme, UPP completed the transfer and partial redevelopment of the university’s existing self-catered estate at Broadgate Park. The second phase of the project provided approximately 1,100 new rooms in a redevelopment of the campus designed to complement the existing accommodation. UPP is also providing hard and soft facilities management and revenue management services as part of the partnership arrangement.
