A partnership approach
At UPP, we believe in genuine partnerships that deliver mutual benefit. During the last ten years, UPP has earned a well-deserved reputation for excellence, acting as a provider of on-campus university student residential accommodation through long-term partnership agreements with UK universities.
Each of our 11 university partners has particular goals and requirements and UPP Residential Services Limited (URSL) tailors planning and delivery to exactly match their needs. To achieve this, we work seamlessly with universities, ensuring our partners remain the key point of contact on site, providing a ‘friendly face’ for resident students. More than a decade of experience in university student housing provision enables key senior staff and our local teams to respond quickly and effectively to both individual circumstances and the changing demands of the higher education sector and its customers. However, what really defines URSL is the dedication of our people and their ability to react to the myriad of queries we receive daily. We strive for constant improvement in an ever changing environment.
