Residential Services

UPP’s student accommodation is fully managed by UPP Residential Services Ltd which provides building and site maintenance, facilities management and support services including pastoral care, student liaison and rent collection. We appoint local teams and all key staff are certified by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Many are also British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) qualified.
