Because every UPP partnership is unique, each requires a tailored approach. Our Residential Services Division is dedicated to making partnerships work as effectively as possible, on the ground, where it counts.
For each university partnership we supply a local team, who work to manage and provide services for the scheme to which they are assigned. This team defines the day-to-day face of the partnership, providing close liaison on pastoral issues and customer service, as well as effective and efficient facilities management—ensuring every aspect is delivered in-line with our values and high standards.
All our key staff in partnership teams are certificated by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). UPP is also accredited with both BIFM and ANUK, meaning all our staff are aware of and work to the National Code of Standards for Larger Developments for Student Accommodation.
