Phase I
In 2001, UPP set up a partnership with Nottingham Trent University. This
partnership involved the estate transfer of the vast majority of the University’s
accommodation and subsequent operation of over 2,300 existing rooms across
seven sites.

Phase II
Following the success of the previous project, a partnership was formed
involving the development of 446 rooms on a site in close proximity to
the University. The accommodation comprises high quality en suite bedrooms
within a short walking distance from the city campus. The hall includes
24 studio rooms, each boasting a small kitchenette unit along with some
impressive views of the city below.
