Leeds Metropolitan University
UPP has just been appointed to develop 550 rooms at Leeds Metropolitan University. The rooms are set to open 2009 and form part of UPP’s pioneering Eco-Residence scheme.
As part of the estate transfer of the University’s student accommodation, UPP is responsible for the operational management of 1,557 existing rooms in partnership with Leeds MetropolitanUniversity. These rooms are spread over three sites: Kirkstall Brewery, Sugarwell Court and Woodhouse – two of the sites having their own laundry, shops, student bar and fitness centre.

Leeds Metropolitan University is now the location of UPP’s first regional office, which offers localised support to its university partners across the Northern region.
