Phase I
Established in 2003, Broadgate Park, a partnership with the University
of Nottingham, involved the transfer and partial redevelopment of the
University’s existing self-catered estate of 1,350 rooms. Situated just
off the main road linking the University’s West Entrance to the town and
shopping centre of Beeston, Broadgate Park is approximately 15 minutes’
walk from the centre of University Park, the main campus at the University
of Nottingham. A recent addition to Broadgate Park in 2006 was a scheme
of brand new en suite studios which brought the total number of rooms
to 2,218. The site now has a combination of standard, en suite and new
purpose built studio rooms.

Phase II
A phased redevelopment of the existing campus providing new en suite accommodation,
to enhance the existing remaining accommodation.
