Bid Support Manager
The Bid Support Manager will be responsible for production of summary documents, client presentations and pre-qualification questionnaires through to full size professional bid submissions. You will assist with the creation of bid team delivery programmes and monitor actual progress against programme and budget. Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and of a desktop publishing package are essential.

Senior Transactions Closer
The Senior Transactions Closer will develop an appropriate transaction strategy, manage development budgets to transaction closure and lead the project-specific transaction team in the commercial close of both new build and estate transfer transactions and any re-financings. Experience and a thorough understanding of project finance (PFI/PPP), commercial delivery contracts and transaction close processes, construction contracts, warranties, performance bonds, parent company guarantees are required for this role.
